Your story of Colleyville reminded me a time in the early 90's when the Police raided a high society, young men's poker game in west FW. A lot of very well off west-siders were seen in the room but nobody was playing poker. They all stuck together and there were no more stories in the newspaper about it. Sound familiar?

Yeah...... I saw that a lot. We used to raid clubs on the eastside and northside. We came in one night and said, lets raid some clubs on the avenue. That was shot down real fast........ It takes money to be above the law.... plain and simple.......

Yes..... you're right. The rich people always have some kind of drama going on. The west side always had something going on, but it was a pain, it wasn't a major crime. That was an everyday event in Colleyville.....
